These terms govern your use of brandand.co, operated by Brand & ("we", "us"), an AI innovation agency in San Francisco, California.

1. Use of this site

The content here is provided for general information about our services. You may browse and link to it freely. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or present its content as your own.

2. Our internal applications

Applications referenced on this site, including brandandco-auth-core, are internal tools operated by Brand & for our own staff and for the client accounts we manage. They are not public products: there is no sign-up, no license to use them is granted, and access is neither sold nor resold. Authorized personnel may use them only for accounts our agency is permitted to administer, and must not attempt to access anything outside that scope, circumvent access controls, or extract stored credentials.

3. Client engagements

The services we provide to clients are governed by the individual agreement with each client, not by these website terms. Where the two conflict, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

4. Third-party terms

Use of our applications in connection with Google APIs is subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. How we handle data obtained from those APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and liability

This site and our applications are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand & is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. We may modify or discontinue them at any time.
